Let’s prepare a main course chicken dish and can be served at any occasion.. “kadai chicken “ is a dish made from chicken and can be made with minimum shopping fuss .. I have come up with a new easy and scrumptious chicken dish which is easy and delicious chicken handi recipe.
It goes well with any combination of your choice .. being it roti , chapati , naan or rice ..
Let’s note down its ingredients:
500 gm chicken
2 chopped onions ( big size)
4 blended tomato ( medium size)
2 tablespoon curd
3-4 tablespoon cream
4-5 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
3-4 sliced green chilies
1 inch of sliced ginger
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon black pepper powder
1 turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 garam masala Powder
1/2 Kasturi methi
Salt as per the taste
1 small onion petals
1 medium size bell pepper/capsicum cubed
