Easy Keto Panna Cotta for Valentine's day /Keto Dessert Recipes


Making the very easy low carb keto panna cotta. Serve topped with raspberry jam or preferred fresh berries . In this video, the raspberry jam makes it pretty enough for the valentine’s day (and any other days).

Note: To dissolve instant coffee well, the cream mixture should be warm. My instant coffee does not fully dissolved and settle at the bottom of the mould.

2.5 gram gelatin
1/2 Tsp Vanilla vanilla extract
4 gram Stevia or preferred sweetener
