1/2 kg Beef mince/Chopped beef / beef kima
1 cup Yellow Lentil/Cholar dal /Chana dal
3/4 pieceSliced onion
3 Potato
3 Cinnamon
3 Cardamom
3 piece green chili
2 Bay leaves
3 tbsp Zinger Paste
3 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp white pepper
Salt depends on taste
1 liter Water
2 Eggs
Oil for fry
Easy Recipe Of Beef Kebab, How To Preserve Kabab At Home in Kitchen Procedure:
1. Without egg mix all item in a pressure cooker one by one. Flip with cover and make 10-12 whistles.
2. Then flip out cover, make sure that beef with all ingredient will be totally boiled.
3. If there is extra water, then dry with medium flame.
4. Put batter in a pot and cool it.
5. Then blend this batter with the help of blender or any mixture.
6. Add eggs to this mixture and knead with hand properly. Take little time and mash it until the dough is soft.
7. Now brush your hand with some oil. Take some dough, shape this flat ball. Put all kabab in one plate side by side.
8. Then this plate put in refrigerator for 1 hour for little hard.
9. Therefore designed all kabab in an air tight box. And enjoy this minimum 3 months. Or you can instant fry this in hot oil any time.
