Ingredients:
Chicken (¼ cutting) 1 kg
Salt as required
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Red Chili Crushed 3 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 ½ tsp
Yellow Color ¼ tsp
Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
Maida flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg 2pcs
Cooking oil as per required
Method for Chicken Steam Roast:
1- In a pot, add chicken pieces, salt, yogurt, ginger & garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, cumin powder, coriander powder, Maida flour, corn flour and marinate it.
2- Now keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.In a cooking pot, add cooking oil and fry until golden brown.
3- Now add some water in the steamer and steam fried chicken for 20 minutes.
4- Your tasty Chicken Roast is ready to serve.
