Ingredients:
– Grand Western Angus Reserve T Bone Steak
– Sea Salt
– Olive Oil
– Vegetables
– Fresh Thyme
Method:
– Sprinkle sea salt on both sides of the steak
– Pour a small amount of olive oil on both sides of the steak
– Rub ingredients into steak
– Put steak on the grill with strip side in the back
– Cook until medium rare
– Let steak rest until it’s about 130 degrees
– Present steak in a cast iron pan with roasted and grilled vegetables and fresh thyme
