EASY & TASTY CHILLI CHICKEN | Easy Chilli Chicken Recipe Restaurant style| എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ഒരു ചില്ലി ചിക്കൻ

1. Refined Oil – 3 tbsp
2. Chicken with bone – 1 kg

Heat oil. Add chicken into it. Do not cover & cook. Stir occasionally.

Do not add water. Water will come out of chicken. Cook till this water evaporates.

Water evaporates & we can see the oil we added.

3. Soya sauce – 6 tbsp
4. Tomato sauce – 4 tbsp
5. Red chilli sauce – 4 tbsp

Then add these sauces mix well for 3-4 minutes.

6. Garlic (Finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
7. Ginger (Finely chopped) – 2 tbsp

Add garlic & ginger. Sauté for 5 minutes.

8. Slit green chillies – 14 small
9. Onion (thick slices) – 4

Then add slit green chillies and onions. Saute for 5 minutes.

10. Salt – as required
11. Pepper powder – 1 1/2 – 2 tsp

Add salt & pepper powder. (Taste it & add required salt)

Mix everything well. Stir occasionally & sauté onions well. When the onions are cooked well, it’s done.
