Easy To Make Desserts | Creamy Rice Pudding

1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup raisins
1 cup water
1 can evaporated milk (1 2/3 cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put rice, raisins, water, milk and salt in the top of a double boiler. Cover and cook 1 hour and 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Let cool and beat in vanilla. You can add a little cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve warm or cold. 4 Servings. http://youtu.be/peIOPHgpjvk
