In this cooking video I’ll show you my Whole 30 steak salad recipe that’s easy to make, requires simple ingredients, and packs a ton of flavor! Very easy to make and is one of my favorite healthy recipes!

|| Ingredients ||
1 Carton Mixed Greens
2 Handfulls of Button Mushrooms
1 Handfull Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
1 Cup Roasted Corn
1 Handful Roasted Asparagus
2 Roasted Red Peppers
1 8-10oz NY Strip Steak
1 Lemon
Sea Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil
*Bake asparagus @ 375 degrees for about 12 minutes
*Sear steak on high heat, each side 3-4 minutes (*Add butter/olive oil/ghee to pan and let melt before searing steak)
*Broil steak in oven @ 500 degrees for about 10 minutes (*Let steak sit for 5 minutes after taking it out of the oven)
