Today we are making some super easy SUPER TASTY vegan dessert recipes that are perfect for Valentine’s Day. We are also sharing our relationship story about how Pawel sneakily texted me and how we started dating. I hope you guys enjoy the recipes and the video!
Banana Sushi:
– Dairy-free Chocolate chips (I eyeballed the amount)- you might want to add in a tbsp of coconut oil to the chocolate because it helps it harden on the bananas quicker! That’s optional though- the chocolate will harden on its own.
– Bananas, cut in half
– Pistachios, crushed
Add the chocolate chips to a bowl with the coconut oil. I used about 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave for another 15 seconds. You should be able to stir it to make the rest fully melt. Dip the banana halves into the chocolate , then sprinkle the pistachios on top. Put in the freezer or fridge for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Slice in to sushi-size pieces.
Strawberry Oreo Parfait:
– Strawberries, sliced
– Oreo cookies (5) crushed
– Coconut whipped cream (I use Coco Whip)
Crush the oreos. In a cup, layer some strawberry slices, followed by some coconut whipped cream, then sprinkle some crushed oreos. Repeat.
