If you’re always on the go, this easy green smoothie will save you both time and money. All you need is a few ingredients, a blender, and some love 🙂
Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
generous 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
1 banana
handful of spinach
Directions
1. place everything in the blender and blend on high speed (placing softer ingredients in first may help it not clog depending on your blender)
