RECIPES:

– Snickers Banana Bites –

– Strawberry Cheesecake Bites –
2 cups cashews, soaked 2 hours
1 cup dates
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 cup freeze dried strawberries
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 – 1 cup non-dairy milk

Process dates, pecans, cinnamon and coconut oil in until crumbly. Add 1 teaspoon dough into the wells of a mini muffin tin and press firmly down to flatten.
Drain and rinse cashews, then add to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon filling onto the mini crusts and freeze for at least 6 hours.

– Chocolate Crunch Bars –
