TODAY’S RECIPE IS Eid Special Dessert Shahi Phirni | Delicious Rice Pudding Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Pulao rice 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Washed well and soak for 30 mins
Soften rice
Half broken
Cashew 10-12 pieces
Hot water 1/4 cup
Blend until smooth
Milk 1 litre
Cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf
Cook until boil
Boil for 5 mins
Soaked rice
Cook for 10 mins (stir between)
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Sugar 5-6 tbsp (to taste)
Cashew nut paste
Saffron pinch of
Cook for 5-7 mins
Remove the spices
Kewra flavour
Nuts
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
