Here’s the recipe:
ELECTRIC SMURF
2 oz. (60ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Blue Curacao
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
2 oz. (60ml) Lemon Lime Soda
Pineapple Wedge
Cherry
PREPARATION
1. To an ice filled shaker add coconut rum, pineapple rum and pineapple juice. Shake to combine.
2. Pour mix into ice filled serving glass and top with lemon lime soda.
3. Drizzle blue curaçao on top. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry. Enjoy responsibly!
