Energy Boosting Green Smoothie
Handful of spinach and or kale
1 avocado
1 small cucumber
1/2 green apple
1 kiwi
Spring of mint
Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Honey to sweeten
1/2 -1 cup Purified water or coconut water
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until green and smooth! 🙂
Pour in glass and enjoy!
