Marinade: (30 Minutes in the fridge)
1 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 Tsp. White Pepper
1 Tbsp. Peanut or Cooking Oil
Vegetables and Aromatics:
1 Red Onion
1/2 Large White Onion
3 Spring Onions
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic diced
3 cm Ginger grated
Sauce:
1 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Chinese Cooking Wine (for non alcoholic version use water or chicken broth instead)
2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
Chili Flakes To Taste

Recipe Ingredients for 2 person:
350g Ground Beef
Sauce:
2 Tbsp. Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. Mirin/Rice Wine (for non alcoholic version you can use broth or water instead)
2 Tbsp. Bone Broth
1 Tsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Toasted Sesame Oil
Vegetables and Aromatics:
1/2 White Onion
3 Spring Onions
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Red Chili (please check heatness of the Chili before adding)
10g Dry Shitake (prepare 20 minutes in hot water)
