SPICE RUB RECIPE
1 TSP Himalayan Pink Salt
1 TSP Italian Seasoning
1 TSP Smoked Paprika
2 TSP Onion Powder
3 TSP Garlic Powder
1/4 – 1/2 TSP Fresh Ground Black Pepper
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400F
Cook Chicken for:
– about 20 min skin side up
– about 20 min skin side down
RAISE OVEN TEMP TO 425F
– Finish until golden brown skin side up for 10-20 min.
