Erin’s Famous Fruit Pizza Recipe| August Cooking |Dessert Recipe | How to Cook
In this video my lovely wife Erin shows you how to make her famous fruit pizza recipe. This one always wows the co-workers when we have a carry-in. This is a super easy dessert recipe that I know you are going to love.
Ingredients:
1 package of sugar cookie dough (16.5 oz.)
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of whip cream
1 ½ cups of strawberry glaze
8 oz. of cream cheese
2 cups of strawberries
2 kiwis
1 banana
How to prepare:
Spray a cookie pan with cooking spray. Spread your cookie dough evenly over the pan. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and whip cream in a bowl to form the cookie frosting. Once the cookie has cooled spread the frosting over the cookie. Top the frosting with strawberry glaze. Add your sliced fruit. Add the bananas last just before you serve to prevent browning. Enjoy!
