If I had to eat one dessert for the rest of my life it would be Eton Mess. It’s so simple but BOY is it good! My favourite fruit, The Strawberry, gets married up with just-whipped cream, crispy chewy meringues and raspberries to create the most moreish dessert you’ll ever put in your gob!
Ingredients
I always improvise Eton Mess as any combination of these ingredients works but to give you some idea, here’s a rough guideline to get you going.
1 punnet of seasonal strawberries (get them locally if possible)

100-200ml of double cream
1-2 punnets of raspberries
60g sugar
