This Sheet Pan Chicken and Veggies recipe is perfect for busy nights when you’re looking for comfort food without a lot of fuss. We’re all about spending more time around the table and less time cleaning up.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 package Farmer Focus Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
• 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
• ½ pound baby carrots, halved lengthwise (We used organic baby carrots to save prep time, but
can start with whole carrots if you prefer).
• 1 pound fresh green beans
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp dried sage*
• 1 tsp dried basil*
• 1 tsp dried oregano*
• 1 tsp dried thyme*
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1½ tsp kosher salt
*Italian seasoning mixes could replace herbs
