Sharing with you guys my favorite lunch smoothie recipe that I have while doing intermittent fasting, It’s super easy plus I share a few tidbits of things in my kitchen.

Recipe for Smoothie:
1 frozen banana
4-5 frozen strawberries
8-10 frozen blue berries
1.5 teaspoon Hershey’s extra dark 100% cacao powder
1.5 teaspoon chia and flax seeds each
2 tablespoon unsalted almond flakes
1 cup oat milk ( or any milk you prefer. I add 0.5 cup oat milk and 0.5 cup water)

Blend everything together and serve.
