Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Sugar ½ tbs
-Hot sauce 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) crushed ½ tbs
-Chicken mix boti 750g
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 5 large
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ¼ Cup
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Hari micrh (Green chillies) 2-3

Directions:
-In a bowl,add paprika powder,red chilli crushed,red chilli powder,black pepper powder,salt,sugar, hot sauce,soy sauce,garlic,ginger and mix well.
-Add chicken and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated chicken,mix well and cook for 6-8 minutes.
-In wok,add water,cut tomatoes into two halves,add it in wok,cover and cook on low flame until chicken & tomatoes are done (20-25 minutes).
-Remove tomato skin,mix well & mash tomatoes and cook on high flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).
-On low flame,add yogurt and mix well.
-Add ginger,fresh coriander,green chillies,mix well and cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Garnish with ginger and serve with naan!

-Bowl mein paprika powder,lal mirch crushed,lal mirch powder,kali mirch powder,namak,cheeni,hot sauce,soy sauce,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal dein aur tamatar ko do hisson mein cut ker lein aur karahi mein dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per chicken aur tamatar ghul janay tak paka lein (20-25 minutes).
-Tamatar ki skin ko nikal lein,tamatar ko ache tarhan mix aur mash ker ka tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Halki ancch per dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak,hara dhania aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Adrak sa garnish ker ka naan ka saath serve karein!
