Here’s the recipe:
FLAMING LIME DROP
3 oz. (90ml) Anejo Tequila
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Triple Sec
1 Tsp Agave Syrup
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 oz. (15ml) Bacardi 151
Lime Slices
Sugar Cube
PREPARATION
1. To an ice filled glass combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice and agave syrup. Shake and strain into shot glasses.
2. Dip lime slice in salt and place on top of shot glass.
3. Place a sugar cube on the centre of lime slice and pour a dash of 151 on top.
4. Light the sugar cube and once caramelized, blow out the flame and fold the Iime slice dropping both that and the sugar cube into the shot.
5. Shoot. Enjoy responsibly!
