Here is my favorite way to make potato salad. This is a recipe you can add or take away want you prefer. The ratios of ingredients are up to you. Enjoy! PLEASE SUBSCRIBE!
INGREDIENTS
2.5 lbs russet potatoes
3 large eggs
1/2 to 2 /3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp yellow mustard
salt / pepper to taste (or sub with Creole seasoning)
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbls chopped onion
3 tbls chopped dill pickles (or 2 tbls dill relish)
2 tbls sweet pickle relish
10 green olives chopped
**Serves 4 to 6 people
