Apple Smoothie
Preparation
1. Add pieces of Apple ? into a mixer jar.
2. Add Dates and Chia Seeds
3. Add 1 tbsp of Honey ?
4. Add some warm milk and mix all of them in the jar
(You can add ice if you want for better refreshment)
5. Pour your juice into a serving glass and drop some chia seeds on top along with some crushed almonds and apples
