FRESH TUYO SALAD
Ingredients:
– Doña Elena Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Bottled tuyo fillet
– Garlic, minced
– Calamansi
– Parmesan cheese, grated
– Egg yolk
– Croutons
– Liquid seasoning
– Pepper
– Lettuce

Procedure:
1. Toast the croutons in a baking tray by drizzling it with Doña Elena Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Heat it in your oven toaster for a few minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, smash your tuyo fillet into bits and pieces, drop the egg yolk, squeeze the calamansi juice, add garlic, a dash of liquid seasoning, pepper, and your Doña Elena Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix well.
3. Add a dash of parmesan cheese into the mixture. Continue to mix well.
4. Toss your lettuce into the mixture and mix it together with the dressing. Sprinkle the rest of your parmesan cheese and top it with your toasted croutons.
5. Serve and enjoy!

NO-COOK TUYO PASTA

Ingredients:
– Linguine noodles, pre-boiled
– Bottled tuyo fillet
– Doña Elena Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Garlic chili oil
– Parmesan cheese, grated
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Basil
– Lemon

Procedure:
1. In a mixing bowl, smash your tuyo fillet into bits and pieces.
2. Add garlic chili oil to taste. Be careful to avoid making the sauce too spicy.
3. Add Doña Elena Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add the zest of lemon for more flavor. Continue to mix well.
6. Add more extra virgin oil if needed.
7. Toss your pre-boiled linguine noodles into the mixture. Mix well with the sauce.
8. Serve and enjoy!
