Fried Chicken Drumsticks Pakora
Ingredients for Marination:
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Chicken legs 10-12
Ingredients for Batter:
Eggs 2
Gram flour 1/2 cup
All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Ingredients for Chicken Drumsticks Pakora:
Marinated chicken drumsticks
Water 1/4 cup
Prepared batter
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions for Chicken Marination:
1. In a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, hot sauce, vinegar, oil and mix well.
2. Take chicken legs and place deep cuts on them with knife.
3. Marinate them in pre pared marinade for 30 minutes. Set aside.

4. In a bowl add eggs, gram flour, flour, salt, red chili powder, white pepper powder, coriander powder, milk and mix well. Set aside.

5. In a pot add marinated chicken and water. Mix gently until changes color.
6. Cover with lid and steam on low flame until water evaporates.
7. Now take the steam chicken and dip in prepared batter.
8. Deep fry until golden brown in color and chicken is cooked through.
9. Your Chicken Drumsticks Pakora is ready. Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
