250ml buttermilk
1,5 cups flour
1/3 cup corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp msg
2 tsp dried thyme
1,5 tsp white pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1 tsp Chinese five spice powder
250g lard
500g cooking oil
