Ingredients :-
For chicken boiling :-
2.5 kg. chicken(preferd with bones pieces )
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/4teaspoon Orange food color
Note:-If you do not want to waste chicken water, then you can dry it on highflame.
For Marination :-
1.5 tablespoon whole coriander seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon black pepper corn
1.5 teaspoon cumin seeds
4 green cardamon
2 black cardamom
8 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
2 mace
1/4part of nutmeg
6 green chilli
1 tablespoon heap mint leaves
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon gram flour
2 tablespoon rice flour
100gm. curd beaten
2 lemon juice
1.5 teaspoon chat masala
1/4teaspoon orange food color
2 teaspoon salt (as per taste)
1teaspoon red chilli powder
500 ml. oil for frying
