Ingredients –
1 Kg (2.2Pounds) – Chicken Wings
1 3/4 Cups (450ml) – Buttermilk
2 Cups (256g) – Plain Flour (All Purpose)
1 1/2 tsp (6g) – Sea Salt Flakes
1 1/2 tsp (1g) – Dried Thyme
1 1/2 tsp (1g) – Dried Basil
1 tsp (0.5g) – Dried Oregano
1 Tbsp (4g) – Celery Salt
2 Tbsp (8g) – Garlic Salt
1 Tbsp (2g) – Yellow Mustard Powder
2 Tbsp (2g) – Ground White Pepper
1 Tbsp (1g) – Cracked Black Pepper
4 tsp (5g) – Paprika
1 Tbsp (1g) – Ground Ginger

How To Make Buttermilk –
1 3/4 Cups (450ml) – Full Fat Whole Milk
3 Tbsp (42ml) – Lemon Juice or White Vinegar
Combine the milk with either lemon juice or vinegar and mix well. The milk will begin to curdle but this is okay. Use as required.
