Chicken Wings Recipe
Ingredients:
For Marinade:
Chicken wings – 500g
Lemon Juice – 30 ml
Chilli powder – 1 tsp(5g)
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp (5g)
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp (5g)
Garlic Powder – 1/2 tsp(2g)
Ginger Powder – 1/2 tsp(2g)
Salt to taste
For Flour mix:
Plain Flour – 250g
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp(5g)
Garlic Powder – 1/2 tsp(5g)
Ginger Powder – 1/2 tsp(5g)
Salt to taste
1 egg
100ml milk
1 lt cooking oil for frying
Method:
Combine all the marinade ingredients and marinade the chicken for 1 hour
Mix all the flour mix ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat egg and milk together in a separate bowl.
Now dip each chicken wings in the egg mix and then coat with flour mixture. You can do the double coating as i did in the video but its an optional.
Rest Chicken for 15 minute.
Heat the cooking oil in a large pan on medium heat.
Fry Chicken wings for 12 to 15 minute on medium heat.
Make sure you cook them evenly each side.Flipping them every 2 min.
