Fried chicken rice:

Ingredients:

Boiled rice ½ kg
Green Peas 1cup
Capsicum 2
Onion 2
Peel Of Green Peas 250gms
Carrots 1cup
Tomatoes 2
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt as required
Boil eggs 2
Soy sauce 1tsp
Chicken ½ kg
Corn flour 4tbsp
Red chili ½ tsp
Oil as required

Method:
• In a chicken add red chili , salt, corn flour and fry.
• Now in a pan, add green peas, capsicum, onion, peel of green peas, carrots, tomatoes and fry for 2 and 3 minutes.
• Then in the same pan, add rice and chicken.
• After this, add boiled eggs.
• Now add soy Sauce, black pepper, salt and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix Sabzi Gravy :
Ingredients:
Potatoes ½ kg
Peas 1 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Cauliflower 250 grams
Boiled eggs 4
Onions 2
Tomatoes 4
Ginger garlic 2 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Red chili 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
All spices powder 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Green coriander ½ bunch
Method:
Heat oil and fry vegetables then remove it. Now add onion cook for 2 minutes. When soft then add tomatoes, ginger garlic and all masala ingredients then fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Now cool it then grind with yogurt .after this again pour in a pan the roast it .now add 2 cups of water .when it’s come to boil then add vegetables and cook for 20 minutes .finally stove off .then add green coriander and serve with boil eggs .

Chicken Fries with Cheese:
Ingredients:
Chicken fries 1 packet
Capsicum chopped ½ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Method:
Fry chicken fries and pour in baking tray then add Capsicum chopped, Oregano, Chili garlic sauce and cheddar cheese then bake for 5 minutes and serve.
