Fried chicken with No deep fry | Easy chicken recipe | Healthy chicken recipes


Assalam o Alikum Guys! Hope your Ramadan is going great. In this video I am going to make fried chicken, for which no deep fry is required and the chicken will get tender in steam. This fried chicken recipe is especially for those who don’t like deep fried chicken. This fried recipe is a very easy chicken recipe that can be easily make with some cooking oil.

Let’s have a look on the ingredients

Chicken
Vinegar for complete chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
3 tsp red chili powder
Grind cumin 3 tsp
Ajwain 1 tsp
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp lemon juice
3-4 tbsp corn flour
Cooking oil

Directions for fried chicken,

Apply 3 tbsp vinegar to chicken and set aside for one hour.
Now wash with water
Make Deep knife cuts to all chicken as shown in the video
Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, grind cumin, ajwain, lemon juice and soy sauce to the chicken and mix well
Now add corn flour and mix well till all the ingredients get mixed well.
Set aside for 3-4 hours or for whole night.
In pre-heated cooking oil and on low flame cover the pan till chicken gets well tender.
Once tender fry it till golden brown.

Your delicious fried chicken is ready to serve
