Main Ingredients –
A) For Chicken Marination (20 minutes)
1) 500 Gm Chicken
2) 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3) 1 Tsp Haldi/turmeric powder
4) 1 Tsp Red chili powder
5) 1 Tbsp oil
6) Salt as per taste
B) Fried onion
1) 2 medium size onion sliced
— Fry it to golden brown color on low to medium flame and keep aside —
C) Main preparation
1) 2 Tbsp oil
2) 1 Bay Leaf
3) Garama Masala
– 1 inch cinnamon
– 1 black cardamom (elaichi)
– 4 green cardamom (elaichi)
— add marinated chicken pieces —
4) 1 Tbsp Ginger Julliene
5) 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
6) 1 Tbsp MDH chicken masala
7) 1 Tsp Red chili powder
8) 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
9) 2 Tbsp water
10) 8-10 cashew nuts paste
11) Add green chilies according to taste
12) 1 cup water
13) 1 Tsp garam masala powder
14) 1 Tsp kasuri methi
15) Ignited charcoal and ghee
16) Salt
