Fruit cream is a super easy dessert which is apt for all the last minute surprise guest visits,
It takes very fewer ingredients and is delicious.
Ingredients:
-1/2 pack fresh cream
-Vanilla ice cream
-Fresh or canned fruits
– 2-3 drops of vanilla essence
Method:
– In a bowl pour half of the fresh cream
– Add 4-5 scoops of vanilla ice cream and 2-3 drops of vanilla essence.
– Combine all of this together.
– Add fresh or canned fruits, if you are using fresh fruits add sugar as per taste.
– combine this together and serve immediately or you can freeze it and serve later too.
