Yogurt fruit trifle is THE dessert when you want something refreshing within 5 minutes. It’s also healthy compared to most creamy desserts like fruit cream or ice creams. Making the hung curd is an extra step but it doesn’t take extra effort and it gives the mouth-watering velvety texture to the yogurt trifle. Avoid using pineapple in the mixed fruits as it brings a bitter taste to the fruit trifle.

Ingredients:
1) 750 ml yogurt/ दही
2) 250 ml cream or whole milk for healthy version / क्रीम या दूध
3) 1 tbsp of sugar/ 1 बड़ा चम्मच चीनी
4) dry fruits (I used almonds, cashews, and pistachios )/
सूखे मेवे (मैंने बादाम, काजू और पिस्ता का उपयोग किया)
5) Honey for drizzling on top / शहद
6) Rose syrup or sherbat / गुलाब का शरबत
7) Mixed fruit cut into bite-size pieces /
छोटे टुकड़ों में काटे गए मिश्रित फल
