My Garlic Chicken Masala recipe is a delicious non-vegetarian dish you can enjoy for lunch or dinner. This chicken recipe combines the pungent taste of garlic with traditional Indian spices to create a unique dish that is sure to be the highlight of any family dinner. My recipe is very simple and easy to make. In fact, the lengthiest part is actually letting the chicken marinate ! The marinade is only 6 basic ingredients that you’ll always have at home such as ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt. After that, it’s just about cooking the chicken in the masala until it’s tender and juicy.
This version is of a Garlic Chicken Masala. if you prefer the recipe to have a gravy, you can add additional water.
