Gavran Chicken Masala Recipe !!! गावरान चिकन मसाला
In this video you can learn how to make Chicken Masala at home.
Traditional Maharashtrian style Chicken. This spicy and tasty Chicken is one of the most famous Non-Veg dish in Maharashtra and all over the India. This Chicken Masala can be served with Bhakri, Chapati or Rice.
Step by step Process :
1) 1/2 kg washed chicken – cut into pieces
2) 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
3) 1 tablespoon chilli powder
4) 1/2 cup curd
5) 2 tablespoon ginger, garlic & coriander leaves paste
6) Lemon juice
7) 1 tablespoon salt
8) Mix everything well
9) Keep it a side for 30 mins
10) Put oil in a large pan over medium-high heat
11) Add 3 chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown
13) 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
14) 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
15) Add 3 tomatoes and fry for another five minutes
16) Add 3 tablespoon Everest chicken masala & mix thoroughly
17) Add 1 teaspoon salt (as required)
18) Add the chicken pieces & fry for 3-5 minutes
19) Bring the mixture to a boil
20) Cover with a lid and let cook for about 20 to 25 minutes
21) Or until the chicken is cooked through
22) Serve the chicken masala
23) Chicken Masala is ready
