1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
1 Kg Pork
1 ½ cups Onions
¼” Ginger
6 Garlic Cloves
1 ½” Cinnamon Stick
8 Cloves
8 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
12 Kokum [Binda Solam]
1 Tbsp. Tamarind Water
1 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Serves: 4 -6
Preparation Time: 40 mins
