You will need the following ingredients for this:
Doña Elena Extra Virgin Oil
chicken thighs, skin on & bone on
pancetta
garlic cloves
large onion
mushrooms sliced into halves
fresh oregano
Chicken Stock
All Purpose cream
Parsley
Sea salt and ground black
