In this video, we will be showing how to make GONGURA CHICKEN/గోంగూర చికెన్/Gongura chicken curry/Puntikura chicken/chicken recipes/gongura recipe/sorrel leaves chicken curry.
Ingredients
oil – 4 tbsp
Sahjeera – 1 tsp
Bay leag – 1
Green chillies – 2
Chopped onions – 1 cup
Mint leaves – 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chicken – 300 gms
gongura/sorrel leaves – 2 bunches
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tbsp
water – 1/2 glass
Chopped coriander leaves
