For making this green fig salad, you’ll need..

5 green cooking Bananas (green fig)
3 scallions
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
1 cup shredded saltfish (salted cod – prepared)
1 tablespoon parsley
2 sprigs thyme

Additionally you can add 1 small can of peas and carrot, 1 seasoning pepper (pimento) and a bit more mayo if you like it more creamy.
