Green masala Chicken Recipe | Palak Chicken | Chicken Saagwala – Chicken Recipe Indian


Hello All,
Taste Buddy presents Palak chicken ki recipe with some delicious cream to add that rich flavour to our green masala chicken also known as Chicken saagwala recipe. It’s very easy to involve some greens like spinach to your Chicken recipes when making it in a green masala chicken or chicken hariyali recipe. Eating palak or spinach is not a favorite of everyone in the family but a combination of spinach and chicken curry will make it one of the most loved Indian Bhaji dishes.

The Chicken and Spinach curry involves making a special thick green masala gravy from the palak. You can also just make the green chutney masala or spinach masala gravy and store it separately in your freezer to cook your yummy chicken palak curry later.

Ingredients for Chicken Palak Recipe
Palak 500 gm
Chicken 250 gm boneless
Onion -1 roughly chopped
Tomato and green chilly puree
Garlic -5 to 6 clove
Ginger 1/2 inch
Hing
Black cardamum
Clove 3
Black Pepper 3
Kaju- 10
Salt
Cumin Powder
Coriander Powder
Red Chilly
Home made special masala
Fresh cream

Process of Hariyali Chicken – Palak Chicken
Chop Spinach stem and was it throughly. Pressure cook palak add salt, Clove, Black Pepper and Black Cardimum. Once boiled and cool blend the spinach in mixer. Dont add the water left by spinach else it will become liquid.
In a pan fry the chicken and in another kadai take oil and saute onion.
Once onion is translucent add hing, ginger, garlic and kaju saute it till onion turn golden brown.
Move to mixer after it is cool.
In kadai add oil let it heat then add onion paste. saute it till oil separates. You may add water as required.
Add tomato pureeand saute till oil separates. Add cream
Add masale and blended spinach. Suate for 5 min then add chicken. Cover it with lid and let it cook till chicken is soft.

Chicken palak is ready garnish with cream.
