Today is a Christmas Special Green Pepper Chicken Roast recipe. It’s really tasty and delicious recipe.
Ingredients :
1 step Marination with lemon and salt
Green Masala Marination:
1. medium sized ginger
2. 5 to 6 big garlic cloves
3. 2 green chillies
4. 1 bunch of coriander leaves
5. Curry leaves
Other masala ingredients:
1. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2. 1 tsp of pepper powder
3. 1 tsp of garam masala
4. 1 tsp of curd
5. 1 tsp gram flour
6. 1 tsp rice flour
