Ingredients
1. Chicken – 1kg

For Marination
2. Green pepper – 4tbsp
3. Green chili – 7 to 10 nos
4. Ginger – 2 small pieces
5. Coriander leaves – 20 gm (approximate)
6. Curry leaves – 10 gm (approximate)
7. Turmeric powder – 1tsp
8. Salt -11/2tsp
9. Garam masala powder – 1 to 2 tsp
10. Coconut oil – 1tbsp
11. Lemon juice – 1tbsp

For cooking
12. Shallots – 250gm (sliced)
13. Ginger Garlic – 11/2 Tbsp
14. Curry leaves – 2 as required
15. Coconut oil -2 tbsp
16. Coconut milk – 1/2 cup (thick)

Preparation Method
Marination, grind the ingredients from 2 to 6 and add 7 to 11 and Marinate the chicken and rest it for one hour. After one hour, heat a pan/kadai pour coconut oil add ginger garlic paste and Curry leaves, saute until the raw taste goes. Then add sliced shallots.then add salt, Saute till turn it light brown. Then add chicken mix it well close with lid. Cook for 30 minutes in medium flame. Inbetween still well one or two times. Then open the lid and allow to get dry then add thick coconut milk and cook it well till oil comes out. And roast the chicken till get dry. Green Pepper Chicken Roast ready.
