Ingredients:
1 cup thick poha (flattened rice)
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 tbsp., roasted peanut
1 tbsp., roasted sesame seed
few stems of chopped coriander leaves
few stems of chopped mint leaves
salt to taste
Method:
Add poha to a bowl, add chopped cucumber, salt, roasted peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, coriander leaves, mint leaves.
Give it a thorough mix. Garnish with mint leaves.
Note: consume the salad immediately or within couple of hours of preparation.
