1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp. MAGIC POWDER (recipe later in video!)
1 Tbsp. Seed Mix (Hemp/Flax/Chia)
1-1.5 cups Kale and/or Spinach
1 sq. in fresh Ginger peeled
1 cup Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
Half of a Banana

Magic Powder Mix
2 Tbsps. Green Superfood Powder
6 Tbsp. Collagen Peptide Powder
1 Tbsp. Beet Powder
1 Tsp Cayenne Powder
2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
