A green smoothie recipe video that is quick, simple, it’s delicious and Alkaline forming for optimal health. For a base foundation green smoothie I’ll use 2 bananas, water, spinach and lime juice. I would use that as a start and add whatever else you like such as: berries of any kind, citrus fruit, pineapple is amazing.
