Hi everyone, thought I would share with you a simple green smoothie recipe.
Feel free to adapt and change to your requirements and taste!

—————————————————————————————————————-My Green Smoothie Recipe
2/3 cups of Liquid ( whatever your preference , water is fine but almond milk makes it extra tasty and creamy)
1 scoop of protein Powder (I use a vanilla flavoured one)
2/3 large handful of leafy greens (e.g. spinach, kale , swiss chard )
2 sticks of chopped celery
1/2 frozen banana
small handful of frozen cherries ( berries of any kind would be fine )
1 large generous tablespoon of coconut manna
Blend and enjoy!!! xx
