I make a green smoothie high in micronutrients
Ingredients:
A couple handfuls of fresh baby spinach
A couple bananas
Frozen mango chunks
(I let mine thaw overnight in the fridge)
Green juice or water or coconut water
(I used Bolthouse Farms green juice:
apple, romaine, cucumber, spinach, kale, lemon)
Ground or milled flax seeds
(I forgot, so I added them after the video)
Blend and enjoy!
