1. The Choc PB
– 4 x small frozen bananas
– 2 tbsp of cacao powder
– 1 x heaped tbsp peanut butter
– 1 x pinch himalayan pink salt
– 1 x tbsp maca powder
– 1 x cup cashew mylk (or another plant mylk)
2. The Cherry Ripe
– 3 x medium sized frozen bananas
– 1 x handful frozen cherries
– 3 x tbsp cacao nibs
– 2 x heaped tbsp COYO Natural Coconut Yoghurt
– 1 x cup coconut mylk
– 1 x splash vanilla
3. Strawberries n Cream DREAM
– 2 x small frozen bananas
– 2 x cups frozen strawberries
– 2 x heaped tbsp Natural COYO Coconut Yoghurt
– 1 x splash of vanilla
– 1.5 cups of coconut mylk
4. Breakfast Smoothie
– 1/2 cup rolled oats
– 2 x small frozen bananas
– 1 x cup frozen blueberries
– 1 x heaped tbsp Natural COYO Coconut Yoghurt
– 1 x tbsp chia seeds
– 1 x splash vanilla
– 1 x cup macadamia mylk (or another plant mylk)
5. The Green Smoothie
– 1.5 x frozen bananas
– 1.5 cups x frozen mango
– juice of 1/2 lemon
– 1 x passionfruit
– 3 x frozen spinach portions
– 2 x heaped tbsp Natural COYO Coconut Yoghurt
– 2 x cups coconut mylk (or another plant mylk)
6. Sunshine Smoothie
– 2 x cups frozen mango
– 1 x passionfruit
– 3/4 cup x coconut mylk
– 3/4 cup x orange juice
– 1 x cup frozen pineapple
7. The Not-ella Smoothie
– 3 x frozen bananas
– 1 x cup roasted hazelnuts
– 2 x tbsp cacao powder
– 1 x pinch himalayan pink salt
– 1/2 x frozen avocado
– 2 x cups plant mylk
– 1 x splash vanilla
